All services require a 50% non refundable deposit.

-Cancellations/reschedules within 24 hours of your appointment will result in losing your deposit fee.

-Not showing up to your appointment (NO -SHOW) without any sufficient notice result in a 100% total fee of the total service you booked.

-If a no show without any notice you can not book future appointments until your full fee has been paid

-For multiple cancellation/no-shows we have all rights to cancel all your future appointments with us.

-All lash extension clients must cleanse their lashes before their appointment- otherwise you will be charged a lash bath fee/ if lashes are dirty with built up and makeup your lashes will have to be removed
